Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 250 g Tortellini
  • 300 g Tomatoes
  • 200 g Cucumber optional
  • 300 g Cooked ham or tuna
  • 2 Stück Onions
  • 1 Glas Miracel Whip
  • 1 Becher Sour cream
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 1 TL Pepper
  • 1 Stück Basil optional
  • 1 EL Vinegar

Preparation (5 steps)

Cook tortellini

Cook 250g of tortellini in salted water in a pot according to the package instructions.

Chop onions

Thermomix® Setting

Place 2 onions in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Prepare vegetables and ham

Cut 300g tomatoes, 200g cucumber and 300g cooked ham into small cubes. Optional tuna instead of ham.

Prepare the sauce

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Put 1 jar of Miracel Whip, 1 container of sour cream, salt, pepper, basil (chopped) and 1-2 tbsp vinegar in a mixing bowl and stir.

Mix the salad

Put the cooked tortellini, the diced tomatoes, cucumber, ham and onions in a bowl. Pour the sauce over it and mix well.
