Description

  • 2 Bund spring onions
  • 4 Stück eggs
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 Prise salt
  • 1 Prise pepper
  • 1 Prise nutmeg
  • 400 g salmon fillet without skin

Prepare spinach

Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly and drain well. Remove coarse stems if necessary. No Thermomix setting.

Prepare spring onions

Clean the spring onions, wash and cut into fine rings. No Thermomix setting.

Mix eggs, cream cheese and spices

Put 4 eggs, 200g cream cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 3.

Add spinach and spring onions

Add the prepared spinach and spring onions to the egg-cream cheese mixture in the mixing bowl and stir in for 15 sec/Reverse/speed 2.

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. No Thermomix setting.

Prepare dough

Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Spread the spinach-egg mixture evenly on the baking sheet.

Bake spinach base

Bake the spinach base in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until lightly set. No Thermomix setting.

Prepare salmon

While the spinach base is baking, cut the salmon into thin slices. No Thermomix setting.

Cover spinach base

Remove the pre-baked spinach base from the oven and let it cool slightly. Then cover with the salmon slices.

Form roll

Carefully roll up the covered spinach base into a roll using the baking paper. No Thermomix setting.

Bake roll

Place the salmon roll back on the baking sheet and bake for another 15 minutes until the salmon is cooked. No Thermomix setting.

Serve

Remove the finished salmon roll from the oven, let it cool briefly and cut into slices. Serve. No Thermomix setting.
