Description
This creamy cheese dip with spicy paprika is a delicious and versatile dip that is quick to prepare in the Thermomix®. With cream cheese, sour cream, and a fiery paprika note, it is ideal as finger food for parties or as a dip for vegetables and bread. Preparation takes only 15 minutes and yields 4 servings. 100 g Sour cream

1 TL Sweet paprika powder

0.5 TL Hot paprika powder

0.5 TL Garlic powder

0.5 TL Salt

0.25 TL Pepper
Preparation (4 steps)
Chop the bell pepper
Place 100 g of bell pepper (red, seeded) in pieces into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5. If necessary, scrape down the sides with the spatula.
Add cream cheese and spices
Add 200 g cream cheese, 100 g sour cream, 1 tsp sweet paprika powder, 1/2 tsp hot paprika powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper to the chopped bell pepper in the mixing bowl.
Mix the dip
Mix all ingredients for 20 sec./speed 3 until a homogeneous mass is formed. If necessary, scrape down the sides with the spatula and repeat the process.
Season and serve
Taste the cheese dip with spicy paprika and season with salt, pepper or paprika powder as needed. Then serve.
