  • 80 g Linseeds
  • 80 g Walnuts
  • 80 g Sunflower seeds
  • 80 g Sesame
  • 80 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 80 g Cashew nuts, unsalted
  • 20 g Chia seeds
  • 5 piece Eggs
  • 250 g Low-fat quark
  • 1 tsp Salt

Preparation (3 steps)

Put ingredients into the mixing bowl

Put 80g linseeds, 80g walnuts, 80g sunflower seeds, 80g sesame, 80g pumpkin seeds, 80g cashew nuts, 20g chia seeds, 5 eggs, 250g low-fat quark and 1 tsp salt into the mixing bowl.

Pour dough into mold and bake

Pour the dough into a mold and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for 60min. Then reduce the heat to 160 degrees and bake for another 20-30min.
