Description

Classic lasagna from the Thermomix® is a hearty casserole with ground meat and tomatoes, ideal as a main course for the whole family or a party. The main ingredients are ground meat, strained tomatoes, tomato paste, onions and garlic. With the Thermomix®, preparation is quick and easy. The preparation time is a total of 75 minutes, of which 45 minutes are active working time. The recipe is designed for 6 servings.

Ingredients (17 ingredients)

  • 2 Stück Onions
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 2 EL Oil
  • 500 g Mixed ground meat
  • 2 EL Tomato paste
  • 1 kg Strained tomatoes
  • 2 TL Salt
  • 1 TL Pepper
  • 1 TL Oregano
  • 1 TL Rosemary
  • 1 TL Basil
  • 80 g Butter
  • 80 g Flour
  • 1 Liter Milk
  • 0.5 TL Nutmeg, grated
  • 12 Stück Lasagna sheets, without pre-cooking
  • 200 g Cheese, grated

Preparation (9 steps)

Chop onion and garlic

Peel and quarter the onion. Peel the garlic cloves. Put both in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Sauté onion and garlic

Add oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Prepare meat

Fry the meat in a separate pan until it is crumbly.

Add tomato paste and strained tomatoes

Add tomato paste, strained tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, rosemary and basil to the mixing bowl. Also add the fried ground meat. Simmer for 20 min./100°C/reverse rotation speed 1.

Prepare béchamel

Put butter in the mixing bowl and melt for 3 min./100°C/speed 1.

Add flour

Add flour and sauté for 3 min./100°C/speed 2.

Add milk and spices

Add milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg and cook for 8 min./90°C/speed 3. Use a spatula to loosen the mixture from the bottom.

Layer lasagna

Put a layer of meat sauce in a baking dish. Spread lasagna sheets on top. Add a layer of béchamel sauce on top. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Repeat this process until all the ingredients are used up. Finish with a layer of béchamel sauce and cheese.

Bake lasagna

Bake the lasagna in a preheated oven at 200°C top/bottom heat for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
