Dieses Crispy Chilli Beef Stir-Fry ist ein absolutes Highlight, wenn es mal etwas würziger sein soll! Ich mache es gerne, wenn ich Lust auf asiatische Aromen habe, aber keine Lust auf ein aufwendiges Gericht. Das Rindfleisch wird super knusprig und die Sauce ist einfach unwiderstehlich. Die Vorbereitung ist minimal, aber das Marinieren des Fleisches über Nacht macht wirklich einen Unterschied. Es ist perfekt für ein schnelles Abendessen unter der Woche oder auch, um Gäste zu beeindrucken. Serviert mit Reis ist es ein echtes Fest!

Ingredients (15 ingredients)

  • 250 g thin-cut minute steak
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 piece red chilli
  • 1 piece red pepper
  • 4 piece spring onions
  • 4 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 0.5 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp caster sugar

Preparation (6 steps)

Marinating the Beef

In a bowl, combine 4 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, ½ tsp Chinese five-spice powder, 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, and 1 tsp sugar. Add 250g thin-cut minute steak strips and toss to coat. Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours for best results.

Coating the Beef

Sprinkle 2 tbsp cornflour over the marinated steak and mix until each piece is coated. Pull the strips apart and arrange over a plate. Drizzle each piece of steak with a little vegetable oil.

Preparing Garlic and Chilli

Add 2 garlic cloves to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 7.

Preparing Red Chilli and Red Pepper

Add 1 red chilli and 1 red pepper to the mixing bowl and chop for 4 seconds on speed 5.

Sautéing Vegetables

3 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Add 2 tbsp vegetable oil to the mixing bowl with the chopped garlic, chilli, and pepper. Sauté for 3 minutes at 120°C on speed 1.

Adding Sauce Ingredients

1 min/212°F/Speed 2 100

Add 4 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce, and 2 tbsp tomato ketchup to the mixing bowl. Mix well and cook for 1 minute at 100°C on speed 2.
