Description

This recipe for low carb lángos from the airfryer is a quick and easy alternative to the traditional recipe. With almond flour and mozzarella, they are gluten-free and low in carbohydrates. Preparation takes only 40 minutes and yields 4 servings, ideal as a snack or light main course.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 100 g grated Mozzarella
  • 50 g Almond flour
  • 20 g Psyllium husk
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 50 g Cream cheese
  • Oil

Preparation (4 steps)

Mix dry ingredients

Put 100g grated Mozzarella, 50g almond flour, 20g psyllium husk and 1 tsp baking powder into the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./level 4.

Add liquid ingredients and knead

Add 1 egg and 50g cream cheese to the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl and knead for 2 min./kneading stage to form a dough.

Shape and top the dough

Remove the dough from the mixing bowl and divide into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into a flatbread. Brush the flatbreads with some oil and top as desired.

Bake Lángos

Bake the prepared lángos in the airfryer at 180°C for approx. 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
