Description

I love preparing these rustic lasagnas, especially in summer when the garden vegetables are at their peak! Homemade ratatouille, prepared with love, brings an incomparable flavor. Cancoillotte, this very special cheese from Franche-Comté, melts deliciously between the layers of lasagna, creating a comforting and tasty dish. This dish is perfect for a friendly meal with family or friends. The preparation is a bit long, but the result is really worth it. Feel free to use other seasonal vegetables to vary the pleasures. A true vegetarian delight!

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • Olive oil
  • Aromatic herbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 150 g Defatted ham cubes
  • 2 piece Tomatoes beefsteak type or 4 medium tomatoes
  • 1 container Cancoillotte
  • 2 piece Aubergines
  • 2 piece Zucchinis
  • 1 pack Lasagna sheets

Preparation of vegetables

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Cut the aubergines and zucchinis into cubes. Put the cut vegetables in the Thermomix bowl with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper. Program 5 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Addition of water and reduction

Thermomix® Setting
20 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add water halfway up the vegetables in the Thermomix bowl. Program 20 Min./100°C/Stufe 1. Mix regularly with the spatula.

Addition of the tomato and herbs

Thermomix® Setting
15 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add the tomatoes cut into cubes, the minced basil, the parsley, the herbes de Provence, the garlic, salt and pepper in the Thermomix bowl. Program 15 Min./100°C/Stufe 1. Mix from time to time with the spatula to monitor the cooking.

Addition of ham cubes

2 min/194°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 90 Reverse

Add the 150 g of defatted ham cubes in the Thermomix bowl. Program 2 Min./90°C/Linkslauf Stufe 1. Mix delicately with the spatula.

Assembly of lasagnas

Pass an absorbent paper coated with olive oil in an oven dish. Put a layer of raw ready-to-use lasagna (3 to 4 rectangles), then a layer of ratatouille, then a layer of cancoillotte (4 tsp spread). Continue in this way ending with a layer of ratatouille and cancoillotte.

Oven cooking

Put in the oven at 200°C for 45 minutes.
