Description
A warm and nutty vanilla hazelnut latte, just like your favorite coffee shop.
Ingredients (5 ingredients)

15 g Hazelnuts
-
200 ml Milk
-
0.5 TL Vanilla extract
-
1 TL Sugar
-
60 ml Espresso
Preparation (5 steps)
Grind hazelnuts
Put the hazelnuts into the mixing bowl and grind for 10 sec./level 10.
Pour out hazelnuts
Pour the ground hazelnuts out of the mixing bowl and set aside.
Heat milk, vanilla extract and sugar
Put the milk, vanilla extract and sugar into the mixing bowl and heat for 3 min./80°C/level 2.
Whisk latte
Whisk the heated milk mixture for 20 sec./level 4.
Complete latte
Pour the freshly brewed espresso into a glass. Add the whipped milk mixture and sprinkle with the ground hazelnuts. Serve immediately.
