Description

This leek and cheese tart is a simple and comforting delight, perfect for a Sunday lunch or a light dinner. I often prepare it with leeks from my garden, which gives it an incomparable flavor. The dough, prepared in the blink of an eye with the Thermomix®, is crispy to perfection. The filling, creamy and fragrant thanks to the fresh cheese with herbs, goes perfectly with the sweetness of the leeks. A little grated gruyere to gratinate the whole thing, and here is a dish that pleases the whole family. Feel free to vary the cheeses according to your tastes!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 6 piece large leeks
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 oeuf egg
  • 3 c à s olive oil
  • 1 can garlic and fine herbs cheeses
  • 4 poignées grated gruyere

Preparation of the pie crust

Put 500g of flour, 1 egg and 3 tablespoons of olive oil in the Thermomix bowl. Mix 2 Min./kneading stage.

Cooking the leeks

15 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Cut 6 large leeks into slices. Put them in the Thermomix bowl. Add 100ml of water. Cook 15 Min./100°C/level 1.

Mixing the cheeses and leeks

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Add 1 large box of fresh cheese with garlic and fine herbs to the cooked leeks in the Thermomix bowl. Mix 20 Sek./level 3.

Assembly and baking of the tart

Roll out the pie crust and place it in a mold. Pour the leek and cheese mixture over the dough. Sprinkle with 4 handfuls of grated gruyere. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
