Description

This Pistachio Egg Liqueur is a creamy and aromatic drink, ideal for festive occasions such as Easter or Christmas. With the Thermomix® preparation is quick and easy. The combination of eggs, sugar, condensed milk, brandy and pistachios creates a delicious liqueur that is served chilled. The preparation time is approximately 25 minutes.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 100 g Pistachios (shelled, unsalted)
  • 4 piece Egg yolks
  • 150 g Icing sugar
  • 1 piece Vanilla pod
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 200 ml Vodka
  • 1 pinch Salt

Preparation (6 steps)

Chop pistachios

Put the pistachios in the mixing bowl and chop for 8 sec./speed 8. Transfer and set aside.

Mix egg yolks, icing sugar and vanilla pulp

Put the eggs, icing sugar and vanilla pulp in the mixing bowl and mix for 3 min./speed 3.

Add cream and vodka

Add cream and vodka and mix for another 2 min./speed 3.

Heat egg liqueur

Thermomix® Setting
7 min/158°F/Speed 2 158°F

Heat the egg liqueur for 7 min./70°C/speed 2. Leave the measuring cup on.

Stir in pistachios

Thermomix® Setting
1 min/Linkslauf/Speed 2 Reverse

Add the chopped pistachios and stir in for 1 min./reverse/speed 2.

Cool and rest

Pour the egg liqueur into bottles and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before enjoying.
