Preparation (4 steps)
Prepare the dough
Add 6 eggs, 500 g sugar, and 500 g flour to the mixing bowl. Add a little grated lemon zest and 125 g peeled, grated almonds.

Let the dough rest overnight.
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Shape and bake cookies
