Description
This marble cake, prepared in the Thermomix®, is a simple classic for any occasion. The main ingredients are butter, sugar, eggs, flour and cocoa. In just 60 minutes, a juicy cake for 12 servings is created. Ideal for parties, as a sweet dessert or for coffee with the family. Preparation in the Thermomix® reduces the working time to about 20 minutes.
Ingredients (8 ingredients)

250 g soft butter

200 g sugar

1 Pck. vanilla sugar

4 Stück eggs

375 g flour
-
1 Pck. baking powder

125 ml Milk
-
2 EL cocoa powder
Preparation (8 steps)
Prepare ingredients
Place 250 g soft butter, 200 g sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar in the mixing bowl.
Mix butter and sugar mixture
Mix the ingredients for 2 min./speed 4 until fluffy.
Add eggs
Stir in 4 eggs one at a time, each egg for about 30 sec./speed 4.
Mix flour and baking powder
Mix 375 g flour and 1 packet of baking powder and sift into the mixing bowl.
Mix dough
Add 125 ml of Milk and mix everything for 1 min./speed 4.
Divide dough and fold in cocoa
Halve the dough. Add 2 tbsp of cocoa powder to one half and fold in with a spatula.
Pour dough into the pan
Pour the light and dark dough alternately into a greased Bundt cake pan (approx. 2 liters).
Bake cake
Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 50-60 minutes.
