Description

This pizza dough for the Thermomix® succeeds with only five ingredients: water, fresh yeast, salt, olive oil and pizza flour. The recipe is ideal for preparing pizza as a main course or as a base for other bread specialties. The preparation time is a total of 90 minutes, of which only 5 minutes are active working time. The recipe yields 4 servings. Perfect for a quick family meal.

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 400 ml Water
  • 20 g fresh Yeast
  • 1.5 TL Salt
  • 20 g Olive oil
  • 600 g Pizza flour

Preparation (1 steps)

Prepare yeast dough

- Water and yeast into the mixing bowl and 3 min./37° Grad/Level 1 - Add remaining ingredients and knead 5 min./dough setting - Remove yeast dough from the mixing bowl and divide into portions. Fold each portion well and then press together well at the bottom so that the air from the folding remains in the dough. If the dough is still too sticky, use a little flour. - Cover dough portions and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
