Description

This Thermomix® dough for Pelmeni consists mainly of flour, oil, egg, salt and cold milk. The dough is ideal for making pelmeni, manti or other filled dumplings. The preparation time is a total of 75 minutes, with the active working time being about 15 minutes. The recipe is a main course and yields an undefined number of servings. Ideal for lovers of Russian dishes and homemade pasta doughs.

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 500 g Flour
  • 2 EL Oil
  • 1 Stück Egg
  • 0.5 TL Salt
  • 220 ml Cold milk

Preparation (1 steps)

Prepare dough.

Add everything to the mixing bowl. Dough setting, stir for 5 minutes. Remove from the mixing bowl and knead with your hands for at least another 5 minutes. Wrap in cling film and let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Process the dough as usual.
