Description
These mini chocolate fondants are an express delight! Perfect for a last-minute sweet craving, they are incredibly easy and quick to prepare with the Thermomix®. The flowing chocolate heart is a true invitation to indulgence. I love serving them warm, right after baking, for a perfect contrast between the fondant of the cake and the melted chocolate. Ideal for an impromptu dessert or to please young and old alike. A simple recipe, but always appreciated!
Ingredients (6 ingredients)

50 g butter

1 c à c yeast

52 g chocolate
-
50 g sugar

50 g flour

1 piece egg
Preparation (5 steps)
Melt the butter and chocolate
Put 50g of butter and 50g of chocolate (plus 2 squares) in the Thermomix bowl. Melt for 3 Min./50°C/Stufe 2.
Add the dry ingredients and the egg
Add 50g of flour, 50g of sugar and 1 tsp of baking powder to the Thermomix bowl. Also add 1 egg.
Mix the preparation
Mix all the ingredients for 20 Sek./Stufe 4 to obtain a homogeneous preparation. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula if necessary.
Prepare the ramekins
Place a square of chocolate at the bottom of two individual ramekins. Pour the preparation into the ramekins.
Cook in the microwave
Cook each fondant in the microwave for 30 Sek. Let it cool slightly before serving.
