Ingredients (8 ingredients)

1 piece pizza dough
grated cheese
cheddar
tomato sauce
dried ham
4 piece eggs
cherry tomato
basil

Preparation (4 steps)

Pizza dough and ramekins

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the pizza dough on a work surface. Use a ramekin as a cookie cutter to cut out 4 pizza dough discs.

Pre-baking pizza bases

Place each dough disc in a ramekin. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.

Garnishing and final baking

Remove the ramekins from the oven. Add tomato sauce to each ramekin. Garnish with dried ham and halved cherry tomatoes. Crack an egg into each ramekin. Finish with a few fresh basil leaves.
