Description

These Mozart biscuits are made in no time at all with the Thermomix®. The main ingredients are flour, butter, sugar, walnuts and marzipan. The recipe from the biscuits category is ideal for the festive season. The preparation time is 120 minutes, of which 60 minutes is active working time. Perfect as a dessert or finger food for the whole family.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 250 g Flour
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 150 g Butter
  • 1 Stück Egg
  • 1 EL Baking cocoa
  • 100 g Grated walnuts
  • 170 g Marzipan
  • 70 g Powdered sugar
  • 50 g Grated pistachios
  • 1 Schuss Egg white
  • 150 g Nougat
  • Chocolate glaze

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting

Add flour, sugar, butter, egg, baking cocoa and grated walnuts to the mixing bowl and mix. 20 sec/level 4

Chill dough

Wrap the dough in cling film and chill for at least 1 hour.

Bake biscuits

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Roll out the dough and cut out biscuits. Chill the biscuits WITH the baking sheet BEFORE baking. Then bake for 10-12 minutes.

Prepare marzipan mixture

Thermomix® Setting

Put marzipan, powdered sugar and grated pistachios in the mixing bowl and mix briefly. 10 sec/level 3. Add a splash of egg white and work into a homogeneous mass by hand.

Chill marzipan

Cut out slices of the marzipan mixture and chill.

Assemble biscuits

Heat nougat. Place a dab of nougat on a biscuit, place a slice of marzipan on top, place another dab of nougat on top and cover with another biscuit. Glaze with chocolate glaze as desired.
