Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 125 g soft butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 Stück eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 TL baking powder
  • 1 TL gingerbread spice
  • 1 Prise salt
  • 100 g almonds
  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 g chopped hazelnuts
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 2 EL lemon juice

Preparation (11 steps)

Preheat oven

Preheat oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.

Grind almonds

Place 100 g almonds in the mixing bowl and grind for 10 sec/speed 10. Transfer.

Mix butter, sugar and eggs

Place 125 g soft butter, 100 g sugar and 2 eggs in the mixing bowl and mix for 2 min/speed 4.

Mix dry ingredients

30 sec/Speed 3

Add 150 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp gingerbread spice, 1 pinch of salt and the ground almonds and mix for 30 sec/speed 3.

Stir in milk

Add 50 ml milk and mix for 15 sec/speed 3.

Fold in hazelnuts

Add 50 g chopped hazelnuts and fold in with a spatula.

Fill dough into muffin liners

Fill dough into 12 muffin liners.

Bake muffins

Bake muffins in the preheated oven for approx. 25 minutes.

Let muffins cool

Remove muffins from oven and let cool.

Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice

Place 80 g powdered sugar and 2 tbsp lemon juice in the mixing bowl and mix for 15 sec/speed 3.

Spread glaze on muffins

Spread glaze on the cooled muffins and decorate with hazelnuts.
