Description

Fried noodles with vegetables from the Thermomix® are a quick and easy main course from Asian cuisine. The vegan recipe combines noodles with carrots, zucchini, onions and garlic. In just 30 minutes, including 20 minutes of working time, 4 portions can be prepared. Ideal for light, vegetarian cuisine or as an uncomplicated family meal.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 500 g Noodles
  • 200 g Carrots
  • 150 g Zucchini
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 2 Stück Garlic cloves
  • 30 ml Oil
  • 100 ml Soy sauce
  • 1 TL Sambal Oelek
  • 1 TL Ginger powder
  • 0.5 TL Chili powder

Preparation (5 steps)

Cook noodles

Add 1000 ml water to the mixing bowl and bring to a boil. Cook 500 g noodles in the simmering basket according to package instructions.

Chop vegetables

Add 200 g carrots, 150 g zucchini, 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds/speed 5.

Sauté vegetables

Add 30 ml oil and sauté for 5 minutes/120°C/speed 1.

Add soy sauce and spices

2 Minuten/212°F/Speed 1 212°F

Add 100 ml soy sauce, 1 tsp Sambal Oelek, 1 tsp ginger powder and 1/2 tsp chili powder and stir for 2 minutes/100°C/speed 1.

Fold in noodles

Add the cooked noodles to the mixing bowl and fold in for 2 minutes/reverse/speed 1.
