Apply glaze

Thermomix® Setting
1 min/122°F/Speed 2 50

Let the chocolate coating cool down so much that it becomes firm again at the edge (this can take up to 60 minutes). Then put it back into the mixing bowl and heat for 1 min./50°C/speed 2. Spread the glaze over the nut biscuits with a spoon, it is best to put baking paper under the rack beforehand. Leave one end of the cookies unglazed, so they are easier to handle. Let the glaze harden.
