250 g soft Butter
125 g Sugar
1 packet Vanilla sugar
1 piece Egg
350 g Flour
1 Glas Hazelnut nougat cream

Put ingredients into the mixing bowl

Put 250 g soft butter, 125 g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 1 egg and 350 g flour into the mixing bowl.

Knead dough

Remove dough from the mixing bowl

Remove the dough from the mixing bowl and wrap in cling film. Place in the refrigerator for approx. 30 minutes.

Preheat oven

Shape cookies

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll out on a floured work surface. Cut out cookies with cookie cutters and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
