Description
This one-pot recipe for cream-tomato-noodles is a quick and easy dish, ideal for students or anyone who has little time. The preparation takes place in the Thermomix®, which makes the dish particularly creamy. With few ingredients, a hearty main course is created that is both cheap and filling. The preparation time is about 35 minutes.

70 g Butter

2 EL Tomato paste

1 Liter Water

100 g Cream

500 g Fusilli

Preparation (4 steps)
Sauté butter and tomato paste
Add 70 g butter (or 2 tbsp) and 1-2 tbsp tomato paste to the mixing bowl and sauté for 4 minutes/120°C/speed 2.
Add noodles and water
Add 1 pack of fusilli (approx. 500 g) uncooked to the mixing bowl. Add about 1 liter of water until the noodles are well covered.
Add cream and salt
Add 100 g cream and salt to taste to the mixing bowl.
Cook noodles
Cook in open-cooking mode for about 25 minutes/100 degrees/spoon/reverse rotation until the noodles are nice and creamy. The knife does not turn.
