Description

A delicious and refreshing orange cream dessert.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 75 gr Sugar
  • 3 dl Orange juice
  • 2 EL Cornstarch
  • 1 Stück Orange (peel)
  • 1 Stück Lemon (peel)
  • 1 Becher Sour half cream
  • 2 dl Full cream

Preparation (6 steps)

Mix sugar, orange juice, cornstarch and orange peels

Add 75 g sugar, 300 ml orange juice (a little more if necessary), 2 tbsp cornstarch and the peel of 1 orange and 1 lemon to the mixing bowl and stir.

Boil

Bring everything to a boil together until it becomes thick. Wait briefly until the cornstarch binds.

Let cool down

Let the mixture cool down.

Stir in sour half cream

Stir in 1 cup of sour half cream.

Whip full cream and fold in

Whip 200 ml of full cream and carefully fold into the cooled cream.

Refrigerate the cream for a few hours.
