Description

This oriental chicken with peppers and ginger is a dish full of flavor and aromas that will transport you directly to Peru. The combination of tender chicken with soy sauce and the spicy touch of ginger make it irresistible. I often prepare it at home because it is very easy to make with the Thermomix® and it always triumphs. In addition, it can be accompanied with white rice or Chinese noodles for a complete meal. Go ahead and try this recipe and surprise your guests with an exotic and delicious dish!
