Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 1 kg Farina Wheat Flour
  • 2 Pkg. Dry Yeast or 1 cube of fresh yeast
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 1 Becher Cream
  • 1 Becher Curd Cheese
  • 1.4 l Milk
  • 120 g Sugar
  • Lemon
  • Rum

Add 1 kg flour, 2 packets of dry yeast, 2 eggs, 1 package of cream, 1 package of curd cheese, 1/4 l milk, 12 dag sugar, a little lemon + rum to the mixing bowl and stir for 2 min./speed 4.

Bake casserole

Pour the dough into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
