Description

Homemade gummy bears, easy to make.

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

  • 125 ml Fruit juice of your choice e.g. cherry juice, orange juice etc.
  • 8 Blätter gelatine
  • 1 EL Sugar
  • 1 EL Lemon juice

Soak gelatine

Soak gelatine sheets in cold water.

Add fruit juice, sugar and lemon juice to the mixing bowl

Put 125 ml fruit juice, 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp lemon juice in the mixing bowl.

Mix ingredients

Mix fruit juice, sugar and lemon juice for 3 min./50°C/speed 2 in the Thermomix.

Add gelatine

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/122°F/Speed 2 122°F

Add the squeezed gelatine and stir for 2 min./50°C/speed 2.

Fill into mold

Pour the liquid into gummy bear molds or ice cube molds.

Chill

Place the molds in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until the gummy bears are firm.
