Description

  • 125 g Margarine
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 3 Stück Bananas (ripe)
  • 250 g Flour

  • 1 TL Baking soda

  • 3 EL Hazelnut-nougat cream

Preheat the oven to 175°C top/bottom heat.

Mix sugar and margarine

Add bananas and purée

Add 3 bananas (ripe) in pieces and purée for 20 sec/speed 5.

Mix and add flour, baking powder and baking soda

Add 250 g flour, 1 packet baking powder and 1 tsp baking soda and mix for 25 sec/speed 4.

Fold in chocolate chips

Add 100 g chocolate chips and stir in for 10 sec/Reverse/speed 2.

Pour dough into pan

Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan (approx. 25 cm).

Spread hazelnut-nougat cream on the dough

Spread 3 tbsp hazelnut-nougat cream on the dough.

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 40 minutes.
