Description
These coconut balls are a simple and quick confectionery, ideal for the Christmas season. With just a few ingredients like sugar, margarine, coconut fat, flour, cocoa and rum, they are prepared in no time. 130 g Coconut fat

70 g Flour

1.5 EL Cocoa

3 EL Rum
Preparation (4 steps)
Melt margarine
Put 250 g margarine into the mixing bowl and melt for 3 min./50°C/speed 2.
Add ingredients and stir
Add 380 g sugar, 130 g coconut fat, 70 g flour, 12 tbsp cocoa and 3 tbsp rum into the mixing bowl and stir for 20 sec./speed 3.
Let dough rest
Let the dough stand for a while.
Form balls and roll in coconut fat
Form balls from the dough and roll in coconut fat.
