Description

This Keto cheese bread with garlic and herbs is an absolute hit for anyone who wants to eat a low-carb diet! I often make it as a side dish for grilling or simply as a delicious snack in between. The preparation is super easy and quick, especially with the Thermomix®. The combination of mozzarella, almond flour and fresh herbs makes this bread incredibly aromatic and juicy. It is perfect for a cozy evening with friends or as a small treat for yourself. Be sure to try it, you will be thrilled!

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 1 cucharada sopera fresh chopped chives
  • 1 cucharada sopera fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 125 gramos mozzarella
  • 50 gramos ground almond
  • 2 cucharadas soperas cream cheese
  • 2 cucharadas de postre garlic powder
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 huevo egg
  • 1 cucharada sopera grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cucharadas soperas olive oil

Preparation (7 steps)

Prepare herbs and garlic

Thermomix® Setting

Wash and dry fresh chives and parsley and place in the mixing bowl. Add one clove of garlic and chop for 3 sec./speed 8. Scrape down with the spatula and set aside.

Prepare mozzarella dough

Thermomix® Setting
1 min/Speed 4

Place mozzarella in pieces, ground almond, cream cheese, garlic powder, baking powder and salt in the mixing bowl. Mix for 1 min./speed 4.

Add egg

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Add one egg to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.

Shape and prepare dough

Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and use a spatula to form a rectangular shape (approx. 18x12 cm). Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Prepare herb-Parmesan mixture

Mix the previously chopped herbs and garlic, grated Parmesan and olive oil in a small bowl.

Top and bake bread

Spread the herb-Parmesan mixture evenly over the dough. Bake the bread in the preheated oven at 190°C top/bottom heat for approx. 15 minutes until golden brown.

Let cool and serve

Let the bread cool for a few minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
