Description

This Panna Cotta recipe with raspberry puree is a delicious dessert that is easy to prepare. The creamy Panna Cotta is refined with fresh raspberries and mint. Ideal as a festive dessert or for a special occasion. The preparation time is approx. 30 minutes, the cooling time 2 hours.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 300 ml Cream
  • 2 Stück Vanilla pods
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 2 Blätter Gelatin
  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 50 g Sugar
  • Mint leaves

Preparation (5 steps)

Boil cream

Thermomix® Setting

Add 300 ml cream, 50 g sugar and 2 sliced vanilla pods to the mixing bowl and bring to the boil for 15 min./100°C/speed 1 without the measuring cup.

Soak and dissolve gelatin

1 min/122°F/Speed 2 122°F

Soak 2 sheets of gelatin in cold water. After the cooking time, squeeze out the gelatin and dissolve in the cream in the mixing bowl for 1 min./50°C/speed 2.

Prepare and fill dessert glasses

Rinse suitable dessert glasses with cold water. Pour the cream mixture into the glasses. Remove the vanilla pods from the cream. Place the filled dessert glasses in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until the Panna Cotta has set.

Prepare raspberry puree

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 8

Put 200 g raspberries and 50 g sugar into the mixing bowl and puree for 30 sec./speed 8. Then strain the puree through a sieve to remove the seeds. Retain some berries for later decoration.

Serving

Keep the fruit puree chilled until serving. Spread the fruit puree on flat dessert plates. Remove the Panna Cotta from the glasses and place on the fruit mirror. To decorate, add some raspberries and mint leaves to the Panna Cotta.
