Description
These fluffy pancakes are a perfect breakfast for the weekend. They are easy to prepare and can be made with different types of flour such as spelt, whole wheat or rye. Served with a honey-yogurt sauce and fresh fruit, they are a delicious treat. The preparation time is about 15 minutes.
Ingredients (10 ingredients)

80 g Flour (Spelt, Whole wheat, Rye)

1 tsp Baking powder

1 piece Egg
-
1 Tüte Vanilla sugar

1 Msp. Salt

Milk
-
Plain yogurt
-
Honey
-
Vanilla bean

Fruit
Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare dough
Separate the egg. Add egg yolk, 80g flour (spelt, whole wheat, rye), 1 tsp baking powder, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt and milk to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 4.
Fold in egg white
Beat the egg white until stiff and carefully fold into the mixture.
Bake pancakes
Heat some oil in a pan. Pour the batter into the pan in portions and bake until golden brown on both sides.
Prepare sauce
Mix plain yogurt with honey and vanilla pulp in a bowl.
Arrange pancakes
Drizzle the finished pancakes with the sauce and garnish with fresh fruit as needed.
