Description

Small horn noodles with creamy leek-ham sauce is a quick and easy main course from the Thermomix®. With small horn noodles, leek, cooked ham and cream, a hearty meal is created in just 20 minutes.   • 2 Stangen Leek
  • 200 g Cooked Ham
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 200 ml Whole Milk
  • 1 EL Butter
  • 1 EL Vegetable Oil
  • 2 TL Granulated Broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan or Emmentaler

Cook Noodles

Add 350g small horn noodles to the steaming insert. Add 1000ml water to the mixing bowl, insert the steaming insert and cook the noodles according to the package instructions. /100°C/level 1/cooking time according to package instructions

Chop Leek

Cut 2 leeks into approx. 1 cm thick pieces and put them in the mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec./level 5.

Sauté Leek

Add 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Sauté 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Add Cream and Milk

Add 200 ml cream and 200 ml milk.

Cook Sauce

Add 2 tsp granulated broth. Cook 5 min./90°C/level 2.

Fry Ham and Stir In

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/194°F/Gentle stir speed 194°F

Cut 200 g cooked ham into cubes and fry in a separate pan. Add the fried ham to the mixing bowl and stir in for 2 min./90°C/gentle stir setting.

Season with salt and pepper.
