Description

This smoked salmon pasta is a delightful and easy dish that's perfect for a quick weeknight meal. I've been making this recipe for years, and it's always a hit! The combination of the smoky salmon, fresh green beans, and creamy soft cheese creates a wonderful flavor profile. It's ready in under 30 minutes, making it ideal for busy evenings. Plus, it's naturally gluten-free! Feel free to add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra zing. This pasta dish is a great way to enjoy a healthy and delicious meal.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 1 cube gluten-free vegetable stock
  • 200 g gluten-free pasta
  • 100 g green beans
  • 100 g smoked salmon slices
  • 50 g baby spinach
  • 1 piece spring onion
  • 50 g soft cheese
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare the vegetable stock

8 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add 600ml of water and the vegetable stock cube to the mixing bowl. Cook for 8 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.

Cook the pasta and green beans

Thermomix® Setting
8-10 min/212°F/Speed 1/Linkslauf 100 Reverse

Add the gluten-free pasta to the mixing bowl. Cook for the time indicated on the pasta packaging instructions (approximately 8-10 minutes) at 100°C/Stufe 1/Linkslauf. Add the green beans 1 minute before the end of the cooking time.

Drain and combine ingredients

Drain the pasta and green beans using the simmering basket, reserving about 50ml of the cooking water. Return the pasta and green beans to the mixing bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and mix

20 sec/Speed 2/Linkslauf Reverse

Add the smoked salmon slices, baby spinach, spring onion, and soft cheese to the mixing bowl. Add the reserved pasta water to loosen the cheese and create a sauce. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Mix for 20 Sec./Stufe 2/Linkslauf.

Serve

Serve the pasta immediately, topped with the grated parmesan.
