Description

This yeast dough is a real all-rounder! I love using it for pizza because it becomes so nice and fluffy. But it is also perfect for campfire bread around the campfire. The recipe is really simple and always succeeds. It is important that the water is lukewarm so that the yeast can work well. You can also prepare the dough in advance and let it rise overnight in the refrigerator or even freeze it. This way you always have a dough ready when you need something quick. If you like, you can add pizza seasoning for the campfire bread.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 500 g Flour light
  • 1 cube Yeast fresh
  • 250 ml Water lukewarm
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tbsp Garlic salt
  • 1 Prise(n) Sugar
  • Pizza seasoning

Prepare yeast

Put 250 ml lukewarm water and 1 cube of fresh yeast into the mixing bowl and mix for 2 min./37°C/speed 2 until the yeast has dissolved.

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/Kneading speed

Put 500 g flour, 3 tbsp oil, 1 tsp salt, 0.5 tbsp garlic salt and 1 pinch of sugar into the mixing bowl. Add the prepared yeast-water mixture and knead to a smooth dough for 3 min./kneading stage.

Let dough rise

Place the dough in a bowl and let it rise covered in a warm place for approx. 30 minutes, until it has at least doubled in size.

Knead dough

After the resting time, briefly knead the dough again by hand.

Process dough

Use the dough for 2 trays of pizza or 8 portions of campfire bread. For campfire bread, possibly knead in pizza seasoning.
