Description
This apple strudel spritz biscuit is a delicious recipe for the Christmas season. Preparation is quick and easy with the Thermomix®. The biscuits are ideal as finger food for Advent coffee or as a sweet treat in between. The baking time is approx. 20 minutes.

250 g Butter

150 g Sugar

1 Stück Vanilla sugar

2 Stück Eggs

2 TL Apple strudel spice

350 g Flour
Preparation (4 steps)
Prepare dough
Add butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs to the mixing bowl and stir for 3 minutes/speed 4.
Add flour and spices
Add apple strudel spice and flour and process into a dough for 2 minutes/kneading stage.
Process dough
Fill the dough into a piping bag and pipe dots onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Baking
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C circulating air for approx. 20 minutes.
