Ingredients (8 ingredients)

250 g Noodles
1 TL Salt
75 g Wild garlic
50 g Walnuts
50 g Parmesan
30 ml Olive oil
30 ml Water
1 Prise Pepper

Preparation (4 steps)

Add 1000 ml water to the mixing bowl and bring to a boil. Add 1 tsp salt. Cook 250 g noodles in the simmering basket according to package directions.

Prepare wild garlic and nuts

While the noodles are cooking, wash and roughly chop 75 g wild garlic. Roughly chop 50 g walnuts.

Prepare wild garlic paste

Add the wild garlic, walnuts, 50 g Parmesan, 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp water to the mixing bowl and puree for 10 seconds/speed 5.

Mix noodles and paste

Linkslauf/Speed 1/20 Sekunden Reverse

Drain the cooked noodles and return to the mixing bowl. Add the wild garlic paste to the noodles and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
