Description

100 g Powdered sugar

Place 300 g flour, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and 100 g powdered sugar in the mixing bowl and mix for 15 sec./speed 4.

Prepare dough

Separate 1 egg (size M). Add only the egg yolk, the flour-sugar mixture and 200 g of margarine in small pieces to the mixing bowl and knead for 2 min./kneading stage to form a smooth dough.

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat (convection: 160 °C). Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Cut out cookies

Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of 3-4 mm. Cut out cookies with a cookie cutter and place on the baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Bake cookies

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes until lightly golden brown.
