Description

These small baked fritters are a real treat for breakfast or a snack! Soft and light, they are prepared in a flash with the Thermomix®. The recipe is very simple and perfect for those looking for a healthier alternative to classic fried fritters. The addition of lemon and orange zest gives a delicious aroma and a touch of freshness. I love them decorated with icing sugar and colored sprinkles, but they can be customized with chocolate flakes or melted chocolate. Ideal for children and for those who love simple and genuine desserts. Try them, you won't regret it!

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 220 g 00 flour
  • 2 piece eggs
  • 40 g sugar
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 130 ml lukewarm milk
  • 1 limoni the grated zest
  • 1 arance the grated zest
  • icing sugar
  • colored sprinkles

Eggs and sugar in the bowl

Insert the eggs and sugar into the bowl. Whisk for 3 Min./Stufe 4/keine Temperatur, until a light and frothy mixture is obtained.

Addition of flour and flavorings

Add the flour, grated orange and lemon zest to the bowl. Mix for 20 Sec./Stufe 3/keine Temperatur.

Lukewarm milk

Thermomix® Setting

Add the lukewarm milk to the bowl. Mix for 20 Sec./Stufe 3/keine Temperatur, until a creamy consistency is obtained.

Yeast

15 Sec./Speed 3/keine

Add the yeast to the bowl. Mix for 15 Sec./Stufe 3/keine Temperatur.

Preparation and cooking

Grease and flour the silicone molds. Pour a level teaspoon of batter into each. Bake the fritters in a static oven preheated to 190°C for 15-20 minutes, or in a fan oven at 180°C for the same time. Proceed in this way until we finish the available dough.

Decoration

Put the baked fritters in a bowl and decorate with icing sugar. To give a touch of color, add colored sprinkles or chocolate flakes.
