Description

These pistachio muffins are a real treat! I often prepare them for Sunday breakfast or for a brunch with friends. Pistachio flour gives a unique and irresistible flavor, while the hazelnut cream heart makes every bite a sweet surprise. They are very easy to make with the Thermomix® and perfect for those who love simple but delicious desserts. The chopped pistachios add a crunchy and decorative touch. Try them, they will win you over at the first taste!

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 2 piece eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 ml sunflower seed oil
  • 100 ml milk
  • 200 g flour 00
  • 8 g baking powder
  • 50 g pistachio flour
  • 180 g Nuss-Nougat-Creme
  • chopped pistachios

Eggs and sugar in the bowl

Thermomix® Setting

Insert 2 eggs and 100 g of sugar into the bowl. Whisk for 2 Min./Stufe 4.

Addition of oil and milk

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 3

Add 100 ml of sunflower seed oil and 100 ml of milk to the bowl. Mix for 30 Sek./Stufe 3.

Flour and baking powder

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 3

Add 200 g of flour 00 and 8 g of baking powder to the bowl. Mix for 30 Sek./Stufe 3.

Pistachio flour

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Add 50 g of pistachio flour to the bowl. Mix for 20 Sek./Stufe 3.

Preparation of the muffins

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Insert paper liners into a 12-portion muffin tin. Distribute the dough into the liners, filling them about 2/3 full. Add a teaspoon of hazelnut cream to the center of each muffin.

Baking in the oven

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

Decoration

Decorate the muffins with chopped pistachios to taste.
