Description

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 6 piece eggs
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 3 piece bittersweet chocolate, melted
  • 3.5 cups self-rising flour
  • 0.25 cup Dutch process cocoa powder
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt

Add 3 1/2 cups of self-rising flour, 1/4 cup of Dutch process cocoa powder, 4 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to the mixing bowl. Mix for 1 minute at speed 3 until well combined.

Preheat Pizzelle Baker

Preheat pizzelle baker according to manufacturer's instructions. This step does not involve the Thermomix.

Bake Pizzelle

Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the preheated pizzelle iron. Bake until browned, 30 to 45 seconds. Remove carefully and transfer to a cooling rack. This step does not involve the Thermomix.
