Description

This cauliflower shrimp pan is a quick and easy low-carb dish, ideal for a high-protein meal. The Thermomix® makes preparation particularly straightforward. The pan is ready in just 30 minutes and is perfect as a light main course for two people. Enjoy the combination of tender cauliflower and juicy shrimp.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 500 g Cauliflower
  • 0.5 Stück Onion
  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 0.5 TL Salt
  • 0.25 TL Pepper
  • 0.5 TL Curry powder
  • 200 g Shrimp, ready to cook
  • 50 ml Cream

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare cauliflower

Divide 500 g cauliflower into florets and wash.

Chop onion and garlic

Place 1/2 peeled onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Add 1 clove of garlic and chop for 3 sec./speed 7.

Sauté onion and garlic

Add 2 tbsp olive oil to the onions and garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add cauliflower and cook

Add the prepared 500 g cauliflower florets, 100 ml vegetable broth, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and 1/2 tsp curry powder to the mixing bowl and cook for 15 min./100°C/reverse rotation speed 1.

Add shrimp and cream

Add 200 g shrimp (ready to cook) and 50 ml cream to the mixing bowl and heat for another 5 min./90°C/reverse rotation speed 1.

Season the cauliflower shrimp pan with salt and pepper and serve.
