Description

This gnocchi and sausage skillet is a hearty and quick main course, ideal for student cooking or using up leftovers. Prepared with few ingredients and in a short time, it offers a satisfying meal for the whole family. The combination of gnocchi, sausage and a spicy sauce makes this dish particularly tasty. Perfect for a quick lunch or an uncomplicated dinner.

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 2 EL Oil
  • 1 Stück Red bell pepper
  • 1 EL Tomato paste
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 TL Paprika powder
  • 0.5 TL Dried thyme
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • 300 g Sausage
  • 500 g Gnocchi
  • 50 g Grated cheese

Preparation (8 steps)

Chop onion and garlic

Peel and quarter 1 onion and place 1 clove of garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Use the spatula to scrape everything down from the side.

Sauté onion and garlic

Add 2 tbsp of oil to the chopped onions and garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add pepper and tomato paste

Add 1 red bell pepper, seeded and in pieces, and 1 tbsp of tomato paste to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 4.

Add broth and spices

Add 200 ml of vegetable broth, 1 tsp of paprika powder, ½ tsp of dried thyme, salt and pepper to taste to the mixing bowl and cook for 5 min./100°C/speed 1.

Fry sausage

Cut 300 g of sausage into slices and fry in a separate pan with a little oil until lightly browned.

Add gnocchi and sausage

Add 500 g of gnocchi and the fried sausage to the mixing bowl and heat for 5 min./100°C/Reverse speed speed 1.

Add cheese

Add 50 g of grated cheese to the mixing bowl and melt for 1 min./60°C/Reverse speed speed 1.

Season the gnocchi and sausage skillet with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
