Description

This creamy noodle pan with ham is a quick and easy dish, perfect for after work or when things need to be done quickly. I often make it when I have leftover cooked noodles from the day before. The cream cheese makes for a wonderfully creamy sauce, which gets a hearty note from the ham. If you like, you can add fresh vegetables such as tomatoes or peppers. A splash of milk makes the sauce particularly smooth. Simple, delicious and quick to prepare – an absolute favorite!

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 250 g Noodles cooked
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 100 g Cooked ham
  • 20 ml Milk
  • Vegetables
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare noodles and ham

Cut cooked noodles (250 g) and cooked ham (100 g) into bite-sized pieces. Cut vegetables (e.g. tomatoes, peppers, spring onions) into small pieces as needed.

Heat noodles and ham

Put noodles and ham in the mixing bowl and heat for 3 min./100°C/speed 1.

Add vegetables

If vegetables are used, add them to the mixing bowl now and heat for another 2 min./100°C/speed 1.

Add and melt cream cheese

Add cream cheese (200 g) and a dash of milk (approx. 20 ml) to the mixing bowl and stir for 2 min./60°C/speed 2 until the cream cheese has melted.

Season with salt and pepper and stir for 30 sec./speed 2.
