  • 4 piece skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 21 ounce condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.33333333333333 cup white wine

Preheat Oven

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). This step is done outside of the Thermomix.

Season Chicken

Season the 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. This step is done outside of the Thermomix.

Prepare Baking Dish

Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish. This step is done outside of the Thermomix.

Combine Sauce Ingredients

Add 2 (10.5 ounce) cans of condensed cream of celery soup, 1 cup of sour cream, and ⅓ cup of white wine to the Thermomix bowl.

Mix Sauce

Mix the soup, sour cream, and white wine in the Thermomix bowl for 10 Sec./Stufe 3.

Pour Sauce Over Chicken

Pour the mixed sauce over the chicken breasts in the baking dish. Cover the dish with aluminum foil. This step is done outside of the Thermomix.

Bake Chicken

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of chicken should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). This step is done outside of the Thermomix.
