Description

This chicken in chipotle adobo is a Mexican dish full of flavor and with a spicy touch that makes it irresistible. The combination of chipotle with orange juice gives it a balanced sweetness and acidity. I have been preparing it for years and it is always a success at home. It is perfect for a family meal or a dinner with friends. It can be accompanied with white rice and hot corn tortillas. Go ahead and try it, you will love it!
