Description

This chicken in apricot and chipotle sauce is an explosion of sweet and sour flavors with a spicy touch that you will love. Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 6 piece Chicken breast
  • 3 pieza Clove
  • 1 cucharada sopera Chicken consommé powder
  • 3 pieza Chipotle pepper
  • 2 cucharada sopera Soy sauce
  • 3 cucharada sopera Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cucharada sopera Seasoning juice
  • 185 mililitros Water
  • 500 gramos Apricot jam
  • 3 pieza Allspice

Sauce preparation

Thermomix® Setting

In the Thermomix bowl, add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning juice, chicken consommé powder, water, apricot jam and chipotle peppers. Mix all the ingredients for 30 seconds/Stufe 6.

Sealing the chicken

Cut the chicken breasts into strips. In a hot pan with a little oil, sear the chicken strips on both sides over high heat. This will help the chicken retain its juiciness during baking in the oven.

Baking the chicken

Place the sealed chicken strips in a baking dish. Pour the apricot and chipotle sauce over the chicken, making sure it is well covered. Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked.
