Description

This spicy chicken dish is a flavorful and satisfying meal, perfect for a cozy night in. I've been making this recipe for years, and it's always a hit! The combination of tender chicken, rich tomato sauce, and aromatic spices creates a truly delicious experience. Feel free to adjust the amount of chilli powder to your liking – I personally like it hot!

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 1 piece onion
  • 2 clove garlic cloves
  • 0.5 piece red chilli
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp hot chilli powder
  • 4 piece chicken breasts
  • 400 g can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 small pack coriander

Prepare the spice paste
