Description

This sautéed chicken with oriental vegetables is a delicious and easy dish to prepare, perfect for a quick and tasty dinner. The marinade makes the chicken tender and flavorful, while the vegetables add crunch and color. I often prepare it when I have little time but want something delicious. The final touch of teriyaki sauce gives an irresistible sweet and sour flavor. Ideal to serve with basmati rice or noodles. A true Asian comfort food! It prepares in less than 40 minutes and will please the whole family. Try it, you won't regret it!

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 400 g chicken breast
  • 1 piece carrots
  • 1 piece spring onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • seed oil

Preparation (5 steps)

Chicken preparation

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and place in a bowl. Add the white wine, two tablespoons of soy sauce and the cornstarch to the bowl. Mix well with your hands and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Vegetable preparation

Peel and dice the carrot. Cut the spring onion into thin slices.

Chicken cooking

In a pan with a generous drizzle of seed oil, add the marinated chicken and cook over high heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Addition of vegetables

Add the chopped garlic, spring onion and carrot to the pan, mix and cook for another 5 minutes.

Finalization of the dish

Add the remaining soy sauce and teriyaki sauce to the pan and sauté for a few moments.
