Ingredients (2 ingredients)

  • 10 g dried chili peppers
  • 100 ml olive oil

Prepare the chili peppers

Place the dried chili peppers in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 8. If necessary, scrape down the sides with the spatula and repeat the process until the desired fineness is achieved.

Mix chili powder and oil

Add the chopped chili powder together with 100 ml of olive oil to the mixing bowl and stir for 2 min./50°C/speed 2.

Let the balm infuse

Pour the balm into a clean screw-top jar and let it infuse for at least 2 weeks in a dark, cool place. Stir occasionally.
